The Role:

The Corporate SDR will be an integral part of our sales team in the UAE, with a primary role of generating and qualifying new leads, enabling our senior BDMs to increase their meetings and sign-ups. It will be heavily outreach focused and requires someone with a real hunter mentality, who is confident to pick up the phone and engage with corporations, generating new opportunities for the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working closely with BDMs to build targeted call-lists across different zones and sectors in the UAE
  • Growing our sales pipeline by identifying and accessing key decision makers within target companies and scheduling meetings for BDMs
  • Prospecting predominantly through cold-calling, along with some emails and networking, and pitching DfW’s services to potential clients
  • Hitting assigned KPIs that will include a certain number of outreaches per week and qualified opportunities per month
  • Utilising Salesforce to track, manage, and report on all sales activities and outcomes
  • Sharing best practises with the sales team and providing recommendations to enhance sales efficiency
  • Accompanying BDMs to client meetings whenever required and providing sales support, such as putting together customised pitching decks and quotations
  • Assist Team Leader with any other ad hoc tasks that fall within DfW’s scope, such as admin, marketing, data analytics, reporting, etc

  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of successful outreach and specifically cold-calling
  • B2B experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
  • Self-motivated, quick-learner, and able to take initiative when working autonomously
  • Team-player, determined, and enjoys having an impact within a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bachelor degree preferred

We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new talent with new ideas.

Benefits and Diversity

At DfW we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare.
