About the team

Deliveroo for Work is on a mission to deliver amazing food experiences at the workplace, offering an allowance-based food solution for all work occasions. We have a growing number of companies who choose Deliveroo for Work across the UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Italy, UAE, Hong Kong and Singapore. 

You'll sit within the BE Team, reporting to the Senior Corporate Account Manager. You will work under a hybrid work model with (at least) 2 days a week either in our office in Brussels or out meeting clients.

 

The role

You will support the team in growing Deliveroo for Work Belgium. Some of your responsibilities will include:

Marketing 

You will support the Senior Corporate Account Manager in marketing activities, such as planning and executing email campaigns and other:

  • Planning the calendar of campaigns optimising for local and seasonal events
  • Develop online and offline assets as required - email campaigns, flyers, sign-up forms for competitions, …
  • Liaising with restaurant partners to gather assets and approvals of marketing initiatives
  • Tracking and reporting against benchmarks to better understand the impact of our activities and drive improvements
  • English to Dutch and French translation work

Account Management

You will assist the Senior Corporate Account Manager with relationship-building. You will

  • have the opportunity to join negotiations and customer visits to maintain strong relationships with B2B customers
  • use reports and dashboards to monitor performance and deep dive into data in order to understand client behaviour, identify opportunities and communicate value back to clients
  • assist with the coordination of large orders
  • assist with daily administrative duties

 

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is eager to learn, creative, and adaptable to various tasks.
  • Has excellent attention to detail.
  • Possesses a proactive mindset and is not afraid to express their own ideas and opinions.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Speaks fluent English, Dutch and French.
  • Enjoys being part of a rapidly evolving company and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is available for a period of 5-6 months.
  • Start date as soon as possible.
