Marketing Manager, Regional

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager, Regional to join our North East team. In this role, you’ll lead the strategic development of regional brand and promotional activities, bridging the gap between commercial objectives and customer experience across Newcastle, Middlesbrough, and Sunderland.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Regional Marketing team. We focus on hyper-local expansion, utilizing data-driven insights and experimentation to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI in our most critical regional markets.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Drive Regional Strategy: Define and implement promotional strategies to deliver on expansion KPIs, ensuring best-in-class execution across the North East.
Lead Experimentation: Own the regional experimentation agenda, working with Data Science to design measurement frameworks for geographical expansion tests.
Stakeholder Management: Align promotional plans across central and local marketing teams to ensure technical and reporting foundations are in place.
Performance Analysis: Own the regional reporting cycle, delivering weekly deep-dives to identify emerging trends and areas for investment optimisation.
Voice of the Customer: Partner with Insights and Commercial teams to ensure regional marketing remains rooted in local customer and partner needs.
Team Leadership: Support and guide two Value Marketing Associates to deliver impactful regional campaigns.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Marketing Expertise: Significant experience in a Marketing or Commercial role, specifically working with value or promotional campaigns.
Analytical & Commercial Mindset: Proven ability to interpret complex data (using tools like Excel) to develop insight-led marketing strategies.
Stakeholder Influence: Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to present recommendations to senior leadership and manage cross-functional teams.
Execution Excellence: A proactive "self-starter" attitude with a track record of delivering results quickly in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate constant change.
Nice to Have
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience specifically within a high-growth tech or marketplace environment.
