The Role
We are looking for a high-performing and analytical Strategy & Analytics professional to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for using data-driven insights to improve rider experience, network performance, and handover efficiency between our Partners and Customers. Your work will directly impact core service metrics, consumer satisfaction, and operational scalability.
What you'll be doing:
Build a robust framework to analyse signals for key metrics
Develop dashboards and alerts to monitor experience metrics in real time
Lead deep dives into operational performance and drive action-oriented plans
Lead process improvement projects that enhance service delivery and partner satisfaction
Map end-to-end processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
Support the definition and tracking of strategic initiatives across the business to drive alignment
Present insights and business narratives to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, and/or operations roles. Preferably in tech, logistics, or consumer services.
Resourceful, creative, and with a keen eye for leveraging data insights to help the team make more insightful business decisions.
Strong SQL and/or Python skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
Proficient knowledge of Google Sheets and comfortable with pivot tables and functions.
Experience with managing/leading projects in past work experience across the organisation, both locally and globally.
A self-starter, as we will look for you to manage your own time and priorities here.
Proven ability to convert ambiguous data into clear business actions and outcomes.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with delivery logistics operations in SEA markets is a plus.
