The Marketing Team is responsible for driving brand, customer and business growth across the UAE, KW and Qatar. We do this by developing marketing strategies and programs to build awareness, create demand, optimize traffic, and continually improve our brand experience customers to deliver growth for the business. We apply research, analyze performance metrics, and provide product and industry expertise and understanding of customer behavior to inform and refine the business’ marketing strategy and execution. We develop content, manage, and deliver targeted merchandising and promotional activities. We apply customer-centric methodologies to improve our brand experience for customers. We drive marketing excellence by measuring efficiency and effectiveness of activities. We deliver improvements in the process to scale delivery.
About the role
As the Senior Marketing Manager, Deliveroo Plus, you will own the end-to-end marketing for driving Deliveroo Plus growth, aligning with the company’s business objectives and goals. You will work collaboratively with local and international teams to achieve Plus acquisition and retention goals. Please note: this is a fixed term contract maternity cover contract role.
What you'll be doing
Subscribers Acquisition & Growth: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive new subscriptions to free-trial/ free-trial to paid conversion
Retention & Loyalty: Implement lifecycle marketing, personalized experiences, and win-back campaigns to reduce churn and enhance engagement
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, acquisition costs etc to optimize performance.
Pricing & Product Strategy: Collaborate with product and Central teams to refine subscription packages, trial offers, and value propositions
Campaign Management: Plan, test, and optimize marketing messages and creative assets to improve ROI.
Requirements
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and customer segmentation. Ability to work with data.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience in paid and owned media, CRM and conversion rate optimization. Proven capability in multi-channel marketing program management, data-informed decision making processes and performance-based marketing approach
Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand customer behavior and use customer insights to refine Plus CVP, and build long-term acquisition and retention strategies.
Test, Learn & Scale: Proven track record of working in designing and executing marketing experiments and scaling proven strategies or tactics
Collaborative: Highly collaborative and possesses excellent communication skills with a passion for building strong relationships. Proven experience to influence, motivate and manage external stakeholders as well as internal teams. Experience in collaborating across geographies, especially with global teams is a must.
Delivers with speed, accuracy and quality: Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to navigate ambiguity. Attention to detail, able to multi-task and cope with large volumes of concurrent workstreams.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in growth marketing of which at least 4 in subscriptions.
Language: Good written & spoken English
