Drive Commercial Negotiations: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of high-value commercial agreements across multiple international markets (agreements with merchants or vendors).
Strategic Business Partnering: Conduct legal risk assessments and advise internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Product) to help them navigate complex legal landscapes and achieve business priorities at pace.
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Monitor regulatory developments across in-scope countries and where relevant support the rollout of compliance programs.

Pragmatic Problem Solving: Strong judgment with an ability to weigh legal risk against commercial priorities to provide solutions-driven legal advice.
