The Role
As the Senior B2B Content Associate for our new verticals business, you will be responsible for developing content and communication campaigns that promote Deliveroo to our grocery and retail partners.
You will be tasked with creating engaging and accessible content that promotes new product and feature launches, as well as evergreen content that supports these partners to manage and grow their business with us. You will have access to a range of channels, including our partner website, email, tablet notifications and Help Centre to help you communicate with our grocers and retailers.
You will also create content for our internal account management teams - including pitch decks and posters - to help them sell Deliveroo to their partners, and will be responsible for making sure these teams are informed of important announcements and have the tools and information they need to succeed.
Reporting to the B2B Content Manager, you will be part of a wider team of B2B content and marketing experts. You will also work closely with the Head of Commercial for new verticals, as well as the broader new verticals team, including product managers and account managers.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating engaging content across different formats, including blogs, pitch decks and posters.
Conceptualising communication campaigns for partners and internal account management teams, including crafting creative and engaging copy for emails.
Collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders, including product managers, account managers and other content creators, including when creating campaigns for big product launches.
Maintaining and optimising our B2B content across our website, Help Centre and Seismic, our content enablement platform.
Developing a deep understanding of how this part of our business operates, and the specific challenges our grocery and retail partners face.
Playing a key role in supporting the broader B2B Content team by sharing best-practice.
Being the main point of contact in the B2B Content team for all grocery and retail content and communications.
