Role & Responsibilities:
As the P&P Account Manager, you'll lead and execute sales and marketing strategies, boosting restaurant engagement in our Packaging & Partnerships (P&P) programmes and generating revenue. You'll partner with suppliers to build valuable programmes for restaurants, develop and execute sales and marketing plans for growth, oversee programme-specific reporting, and ensure maximum value for both Roo and our restaurant partners. You will be reporting into the Head of Partnerships and Packaging.
Core responsibilities include:
Programme Leadership & Execution (UK & EU): Lead assigned programmes in the UK and support their execution in designated EU markets. Drive these programmes to meet strategic objectives and partner needs.
Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive uptake and growth for programmes within the UK, identifying opportunities to expand partner engagement with these services.
Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing efforts for programmes by creating compelling value propositions and campaign materials to effectively reach and engage restaurant partners.
Day-to-Day Supplier Management: Manage relationships with programme suppliers, ensuring consistent service levels, quality, and adherence to agreed terms. Act as the primary point of contact for operational supplier matters.
P&P Reporting & Data Analysis: Oversee programme performance reporting, including sales activity, market feedback, and key performance indicators. Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Reporting & Finance: Manage financial aspects of assigned programmes, tracking performance, contributing to budget understanding, and ensuring accurate reporting.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal UK stakeholders and relevant EU contacts to ensure alignment and successful execution of programme initiatives.

Requirements for the role:
1-2+ years of relevant experience in account management, sales support, marketing, or business operations, ideally within an e-commerce, services, or marketplace environment.
Demonstrated experience in implementing sales and/or marketing initiatives.
Experience managing relationships with internal and/or external stakeholders, including day-to-day supplier interaction.
Good organisational and analytical skills, with experience in reporting and data handling.
Experience with financial administration, reporting, or supporting budget processes is desirable.
Ability to manage tasks related to UK-based programmes and support EU execution as required.
