The Marketing Associate at Deliveroo is responsible for executing the marketing strategies and initiatives of new verticals (grocery and retail), Deliveroo Plus, partnerships and new customer promotions. The role involves execution and analysis for joint business partners and managing the new customer promotion calendar and Plus promotions.
Promotions
New customer acquisition: Submits campaign briefs and T&Cs for monthly new customer promotion strategy mechanic to increase incremental NC’s to the platform
Manages the new to vertical customer promotion calendar (1T): promotional management from set up of promotions to spend tracking
Plus promotions: promotional management from set up of promotions to spend tracking
Partner promotions: promotional management from set up of promotions to promotion adoption analysis
Brief customer care on all promotions and help resolve issues if and when they arise
Deliveroo Plus
Be the in-market point of contact and collaborate with the central Deliveroo Plus team to ensure a smooth launch of Plus campaigns
Undertake monthly competitor analysis
Plus promotions: promotional management from set up of promotions to spend tracking to drive new vertical adoption and add customer value
Partnerships
Partner promotions: promotional management from set up of promotions to promotion adoption analysis
PO management for partner campaigns
Partner / Deliveroo Plus Silver campaigns: send briefs to the central Plus team and manage customer care queries for all partners
Cross-functional and Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and finance to align marketing campaigns
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive marketing excellence
Collaboration with CRM, digital media, brand and the studio team to develop strong marketing plans and creative execution
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
1-3 years’ experience in Marketing
Experience to work in complex work structures
Experience in managing campaigns operationally
Fluent written and spoken Arabic is essential, plus a good standard of English.
Must have UAE passport & Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
