About the role
The Hop Commercial Executive role is central to ensuring our product menus are accurate, visually appealing, and optimised for a great customer experience. You will support the wider Vendor team through effective data entry, menu management, and internal process coordination.
Responsibilities will include:
Menu & Content Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date menus, ensuring all products appear correctly with accurate names, pricing, and images
Execute the visual layout and design of menus, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and optimised for customer navigation
Optimise product categorisation and searchability to improve the overall customer experience
Conduct regular content audits and flag any discrepancies to Vendor Managers
Data Entry & Product Ranging
Support the setup and range of new products across the HOP platform
Use internal tools and Google Sheets to manage product and pricing data with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with promotions and seasonal menu updates as directed by the Vendor team
Team Support & Internal Operations
Support Vendor Managers with administrative tasks, including tracking updates, logging changes, and assisting with menu launches
Help monitor and maintain data quality across systems to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience
Collaborate with internal teams to support operational improvements and resolve catalogue-related issues
Who are we looking for:
Willingness to learn new skills within Google Sheets, Looker e.g. VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables
Strong attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach to tasks
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
A good eye for layout and design consistency
