We’re looking for a Paid Search and App Specialist to join our London team. In this role, you’ll help us leverage cutting-edge technology to connect millions of customers with the food they love by optimising high-spend, complex global accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Performance Marketing team. We are the engine room of Deliveroo’s global growth, sitting within the broader Brand & Experience function to drive scalable customer acquisition through data-led media solutions.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Hands-on Performance Management: Take ownership of high-spending global programmes, designing campaign structures and bidding strategies to maximise ROI.
Strategic Roadmapping: Contribute to channel-specific strategies to ensure we hit aggressive efficiency targets while scaling our global footprint.
Innovation & Beta Testing: Build relationships with platform partners like Google and Apple to test and adopt emerging products and alpha/beta features.
Experimentation Frameworks: Partner with Data Science to execute A/B and incrementality tests, validating the "lift" of campaigns beyond standard attribution.
Technical Optimisation: Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve feed optimisation, tracking enhancements, and automation scripts.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Significant hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads (Search, UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA) campaigns.
Strong analytical rigour, with a proven ability to use Looker or advanced spreadsheets to translate raw data into investment recommendations.
Proven ability to manage high-spend campaigns across multiple markets, ideally within an e-commerce or marketplace environment.
Technical understanding of automation, including experience with scripts and ad platform APIs.
A "test and learn" mindset with the ability to simplify complex technical results for various cross-functional stakeholders.
