We’re looking for a Compensation Partner to join our London team. In this role, you’ll help us build and scale our incentive practices and provide expert reward consultancy to our global commercial organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Reward team. We are a group of specialists dedicated to creating innovative compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain world-class talent.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Strategic Advisory: Provide ongoing expert consultation to Leaders, People Partners, and Talent Acquisition on complex compensation-related challenges.
Incentive Design: Partner with global commercial teams to design, implement, and scale effective sales incentive plans that drive business growth.
Market Intelligence: Perform research on emerging trends and best practices in commercial compensation, using analytics to enhance our global programs.
Data-Led Insights: Deliver analytical recommendations on compensation trends, risks, and opportunities to ensure we remain competitive and equitable.
Systems Innovation: Support the integration of compensation processes into modern SaaS solutions (Workday) to improve operational efficiency.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Significant experience in compensation analysis and design, specifically within a global, matrixed technology environment.
Deep expertise in managing short- and long-term incentive programs, with a focus on Sales Incentive Plans and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Advanced analytical skills, with a proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders through data-informed decision-making.
Technical proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and experience leveraging modern HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organisational agility.
