What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the global Risk Intelligence and Investigations (RI) team. We operate at the intersection of technology, tradecraft, and crisis management, embedding AI-enabled intelligence into daily decision-making to help the business anticipate and mitigate global disruptions.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Lead Regional Intelligence Ownership: Manage the London ROC intelligence team, delivering real-time foresight and situational awareness across the EMEA region.
Deliver Predictive Insights: Use AI-enabled monitoring and structured tradecraft to identify emerging risks early, translating complex signals into actionable, decision-ready briefs for executive leaders.
Drive Incident Risk Assessment: Act as the regional intelligence lead during incidents, providing the risk assessments and context required to support incident command and operational response.
Advance Intelligence Automation: Partner with Engineering and Tech Ops to embed automation and analytics into workflows, improving signal fidelity and reducing manual monitoring.
Ensure Global Continuity: Coordinate structured handovers between London and our global nodes (such as Tempe) to sustain 24/7 predictive coverage and enterprise resilience.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Significant Regional Intelligence Leadership: Proven experience in intelligence, crisis management, or global security operations, with specific expertise in EMEA risk environments.
Analytical and Technical Excellence: Advanced tradecraft skills, including the ability to synthesise OSINT, internal data, and AI-enabled insights into clear, actionable products.
Proactive Decision-Making: A history of acting swiftly and confidently under pressure, turning intelligence into measurable outcomes during high-stakes events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to build partnerships across Legal, Comms, and Regional Operations to ensure unified governance and escalation.
Automation Mindset: Familiarity with data analytics platforms and a drive to scale predictive capabilities through technology.
