Hybrid working - 3 days a week in our London HQ
About the role
Our team is looking for a well rounded analytical Category Program Analyst to drive strategic Deliveroo Hop Category Management and Selection initiatives across our international markets (UK, Italy, Hong Kong and UAE). You will be responsible for 1) conducting range reviews for international markets and 2) driving process improvements through SOP, documentation and supporting our offshoring team to improve data accuracies, and 3) developing tools and resources related to ranging process such as delist frameworks and category insights reporting. This role involves working with cross functional teams across multiple markets and demands program management skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with a strength for continuous innovation and improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyse, implement and recommend selection range reviews for multiple markets
- Develop SOPs to support internal stakeholders for continuous improvement
- Be the pivotal touchpoint for internal customers, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable ranging plans
- Lead design, development, improvement and maintenance of ongoing and ad-hoc Selection & Ranging reports and analyses
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
- Scale automated solutions and collect stakeholder feedback to drive improvement over time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years experience in program management, project management, data analyst, or a similar role within the tech, finance, FMCG industry
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Advanced Excel and SQL (preferred)
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery
