Compensation
You can expect to receive a competitive salary for your role in your respective location.
Most employees are also eligible for a company bonus that directly rewards their individual contributions and performance, and is linked to our broader company success.
We also offer retirement savings plans.
Health & wellbeing
We try to make it easier for our people to take care of themselves, so we give everyone a free Headspace membership, plus access to our Employee Assistance Program and local gym memberships or allowances.
Some locations have their own employee-run fitness groups and communities, such as running and yoga.

Time away
Depending on your location, you will get a set number of annual leave days, plus public holidays, and you may see your annual leave allowances increase the longer you are with us.
You’ll get paid time each year to volunteer or support a charity.
A range of family leave policies are available, including maternity, paternity, shared parental, adoption and bereavement.
Flexibility
For most office-based roles, we have a hybrid approach where people spend three days each week working in the office.
Where practical, you may be eligible for flexible working hours. Where needed, we provide appropriate tech to suit your role.
