Accelerate and Inspire
Our Accelerate and Inspire programmes offer coaching in partnership with The Executive Coaching Consultancy for our female-identifying current and future leaders at Deliveroo, aiming to increase visibility and sponsorship of high-potential female talent. Coaches work with participants to help understand their personal strengths, define their career goals and maximise their impact at Deliveroo.

“Since joining Deliveroo I’ve discovered a friendly, queer, celebratory space within the DeLOVEroo community. I have led the charge on two different events, including a rooftop fundraiser and an external panel for National Coming Out Day. It’s brought me a lot of joy to make an impact outside of the company on the wider LGBTQ+ community, and to work with charities like Diversity Role Models. I’ve also blended my day job being a graphic designer with my committee position when designing our recent pride social media content series.”
