The team
As Deliveroo continues to scale, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing best-in-class support, we are restaurant consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to help our partner restaurants’ grow. Our account management team owns and manages restaurant relationships. The Account Managers are a passionate, dynamic group of team players who work well together and cross-functionally with other departments, and of course, they’re fun, personable, and great at building exceptional relationships.
Role overview
As a Mid Market Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant partners on Deliveroo, with a focus on high performing Local Gems and selected national chains. These partners play an important role in attracting customers to the marketplace and represent strong growth opportunities for Deliveroo.
You will work closely with your partners to improve operational performance, drive marketing initiatives, and identify opportunities to grow their business on the Deliveroo platform. You will also collaborate with internal teams across marketing, operations, and commercial functions to ensure partners deliver a strong customer experience while achieving sustainable growth.
What will you be doing
Manage a portfolio of mid market restaurant partners, acting as their main point of contact at Deliveroo
Build strong relationships with partners and run regular performance and business reviews
Identify and execute growth opportunities to increase order volume and partner performance
Monitor operational metrics and support partners in improving service quality
Drive adoption of Deliveroo marketing tools, promotions, and campaigns
Support partner onboarding and expansion onto the Deliveroo platform
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive partner success
What skills you need
3+ years in a commercial role in a fast paced environment
Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Analytical ability to interpret performance data and drive actions
Clear communication and influencing skills with partners and internal teams
Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple accounts
Problem solving mindset and ability to navigate operational challenges
Collaborative approach when working cross functionally
