We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Core London team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Field Sales Executives, driving new business acquisitions and ensuring we sign the best local restaurants to the Deliveroo platform.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the UK & Ireland (UK&I) team, our largest and most established market. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will lead our expansion in London by providing hands-on support in the field and driving strategic sales execution.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Lead the Sales Engine: Manage a team of direct reports to map, prospect, pitch, and close high-potential restaurants across Core London.
Negotiate Strategic Deals: Work with commercial teams to structure complex proposals and win-win deals that achieve the best outcomes for both our partners and Deliveroo.
Pipeline & Territory Mastery: Own the regional sales pipeline and optimise how your team works the market through efficient routing and competitor tracking.
Field Coaching & Leadership: Spend significant time in the field role-modelling best practices, providing structure, and setting stretching goals for your team.
Onboarding Excellence: Ensure new partners are set up for success by selling-in marketing packages and ensuring menu completeness at go-live.
Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with Regional Directors and Managers to translate local knowledge into team priorities and align on regional strategies.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Commercial Leadership: 5+ years of sales and commercial experience, with a proven track record of managing teams to hit demanding targets.
Negotiation Mastery: Proven ability to structure complex deals and navigate high-stakes negotiations with business owners.
Salesforce & Process Rigour: Experience role-modelling best-in-class CRM behaviours (Salesforce) and managing a disciplined sales pipeline.
Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the economics of food delivery and the challenges facing the restaurant industry today.
Local Focus: You must live within the assigned region and have a genuine passion for London’s diverse food and restaurant scene.
Nice to Have
Experience in hiring, onboarding, and training top-tier sales talent.
Multilingual abilities: Given our diverse partner base, we would love to hear if you speak Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, Urdu, Spanish, Portuguese, or Vietnamese.
