Groups within Finance

Corporate & Financial Reporting

The Corporate and Financial Reporting team ensures the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of Deliveroo’s financial information. We’re  responsible for preparing timely, compliant external financial statements in line with IFRS and regulatory requirements, and for managing group-level financial consolidation across our global operations.

Our team supports external audits, upholds consistent accounting policies, and maintains robust internal controls to meet statutory and listing obligations. Our technical accounting expertise and clear insights are vital to senior leadership, helping drive informed decisions while continuously improving reporting processes and compliance standards.

Financial Operations

The Financial Operations (FinOps) team manages the day-to-day financial activities that keep Deliveroo running smoothly. Their work ensures money moves accurately and on time across the business.

Our team includes key functions such as Credit & Billings, Payments & Reconciliations, and Accounts Payable—covering everything from core operations to Hop and grocery. Whether it’s ensuring partners are paid or accounts are balanced, FinOps plays a critical role in maintaining trust and financial discipline at every level.

Finance & Strategy

The Finance & Strategy team plays a central role in shaping Deliveroo’s direction and long-term success. Our mission is to help the business make informed decisions, drive sustainable growth, and build strategic value over time.

We work across all markets and regions, setting company strategy, delivering accurate financial insights, and identifying the key drivers behind performance. As Deliveroo continues to scale, we’re looking for entrepreneurial, analytical thinkers who can help optimise decisions, manage risk, and spot opportunities. It’s a team where you’ll influence big calls and help steer the future of the business.

FP&A

The FP&A team sits at the heart of financial decision-making at Deliveroo. We help the business understand performance, plan ahead, and make smart, strategic choices. From building annual budgets and forecasts to developing long-range financial plans, FP&A ensures we stay aligned with our goals.

We analyse results, highlight key variances, and deliver insights that help leaders act with confidence. The team partners closely with business units to model scenarios, assess new initiatives, and guide resource allocation—making sure capital is used where it drives the most value. Our reporting is clear, data-driven, and designed to keep the whole business informed and focused.

Procurement

The Procurement team helps Deliveroo grow smarter by sourcing goods and services efficiently, cost-effectively, and sustainably.

We manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure we get value for money—without compromising on quality or compliance. By partnering closely with teams across the business, we understand operational needs, drive cost savings, and implement strategic sourcing practices that support long-term growth.

Tax & Treasury

The Tax team plays a critical role in keeping Deliveroo compliant, efficient, and ready for growth. We ensure we meet all local and international tax obligations while managing risk and optimising our overall tax position. The Treasury team is responsible for Deliveroo’s financial stability and resilience. We manage the company’s cash and funding needs, ensure day-to-day liquidity, and protect against financial risks like currency fluctuations.

Within Tax, our work spans tax compliance, planning, and transfer pricing, and we partner with auditors to provide transparency and support during reviews. Whether advising on new markets or helping structure complex transactions, the team ensures we stay aligned with global standards and best practices.

With treasury, we also lead our funding strategy, managing relationships with banks, and driving improvements in working capital to help the business operate more efficiently. At its core, Treasury ensures Deliveroo has the financial flexibility to move fast and scale smart.

Finance Technology

The Finance Technology team builds and maintains the systems that keep Deliveroo’s financial operations running smoothly.

Sitting at the intersection of finance and tech, we ensure critical processes—like reporting, billing, payments, and forecasting—are automated, scalable, and built for accuracy. Working closely with finance, data, and engineering teams, we deliver solutions that streamline workflows and provide the infrastructure needed to support fast, reliable decision-making as the business grows.

Assurance

The Assurance team provides independent oversight of risk, controls, and governance across Deliveroo. We identify key risks, conduct audits, and evaluate processes to ensure we’re operating effectively and in line with our standards.

By reporting directly to senior leadership and the Audit & Risk Committee, our team plays a critical role in informed decision-making—helping to protect the business, our assets, and our reputation.

Finance Programme Management Office

The Finance PMO is the engine behind the smooth delivery of strategic finance initiatives. Acting as the central hub for project governance, our team ensures every financial project aligns with business objectives and delivers value.

We oversee project governance and portfolio management, coordinate efforts across functions, and track performance to keep everything on course. Our work also spans change management—helping the finance function evolve, scale, and support the wider business through structured, well-managed transformation.
