Since opening in early 2022, our India Development Centre (IDC) has become Deliveroo’s largest tech hub outside the UK. With over 400 team members—and growing—we’re proud to call both Hyderabad and Bangalore home.
Our tech team here play a crucial role in shaping Deliveroo’s global platform, working across a range of domains that keep our service running smoothly.

Our office locations
We hire amazing tech talent out of two locations in India.
Hyderabad
Our Hyderabad team works out of Orbit iSprout, right in the heart of Raidurg’s fast-growing tech district. It’s a vibrant, collaborative space that reflects the energy of the city—and the pace of our work. The office is led by Anup Gaurav, our VP of Engineering for Marketing & Merchandise, who’s passionate about building teams that thrive on creativity and real-world impact.
Bangalore
In Bangalore, we’re based at Prestige Tech Park 2, surrounded by one of India’s most dynamic tech corridors. It’s a place built for innovation—spacious, well-connected, and buzzing with ideas. Preeti Arora, VP of Engineering for Restaurants & New Verticals, heads up the team here, bringing a sharp focus on solving complex challenges and scaling what’s next for Deliveroo.

Compensation
- We aim to pay every employee competitively for the role they are performing in their respective location
- Depending on role and location, some employees may be eligible for an annual cash bonus, sign-on bonus or relocation support
- On-call meal support: ₹500/day for meals during approved on-call periods.
Equity
- Some roles may be eligible for share awards, giving them ownership in Deliveroo and a share in our success
