We engineer and manage the systems that control authentication and authorisation for our workforce, enforcing the principle of least privilege while creating a seamless and secure user experience.

We are the architects and builders of our security landscape. Our team designs, engineers, and implements the core security infrastructure, tools, and platforms that protect Deliveroo. Our focus is on creating robust, scalable, and resilient solutions that form the foundation of our defensive strategy.

Our DevSecOps team partners directly with our engineering and product teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle. By “shifting security left” and automating security controls within our development pipelines, we empower our developers to innovate and ship features at speed, without compromising on safety.

Our team is the strategic engine that drives our security initiatives forward. We provide the governance, planning, and coordination for our portfolio of security projects, managing our roadmap and ensuring all parts of the security organisation are aligned and effectively delivering on our long-term goals.

Our team helps the business understand and navigate its security risks while providing assurance that our controls are effective. We conduct risk assessments, manage our security policies and standards, and oversee compliance with industry regulations. We are the critical function that answers the question, “Are we secure, and can we prove it?”

Our team drives the critical programmes that build, scale, and secure Deliveroo’s core technology. We partner with our platform and infrastructure engineering teams to manage foundational initiatives, such as cloud migrations, improving site reliability, and enhancing our developer tools to empower the entire engineering organisation.

The Enterprise Technology Delivery team manages the programmes that power Deliveroo’s internal business operations. We lead the implementation and integration of large-scale systems across Finance, HR, and other corporate functions, ensuring our internal teams have the robust tools they need to support the company’s growth.

Our Portfolio Management TPMs provide a strategic, top-level view across all technology initiatives. We are responsible for the governance, prioritisation, and reporting of our entire tech portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and providing leadership with the clarity needed for effective, data-informed decision-making.

Our domain-focused team drives the execution of complex programmes within our key business verticals. We work closely with product and commercial teams to deliver new B2B tools for our restaurant partners, launch advertising platforms, enhance customer care systems, and scale the financial technology that underpins our global marketplace.

Our specialised team leads our most advanced programmes in Data and Machine Learning. We manage the end-to-end delivery of new data platforms, ML model deployments, and large-scale data engineering initiatives, turning raw data into the intelligence that powers our logistics, product recommendations, and business strategy.
