Job Summary:
The “HR Advisor - Employee Relations” will be responsible for managing payroll, employee relations cases from start to finish, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance, and absence management. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential ER issues and driving continuous improvement in HR policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
Oversee the administration of the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, and exits.
Prepare employment offer letters, contracts, and other HR documents in line with the National Labor Contract.
Act as the Workday superuser, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for all HR-related employee information
Monitor overtime and absence management according to the National Labor Contract.
Ensure accurate payroll processing, including monthly variations, bonuses, and commissions.
Contribute to the improvement of HR policies and processes in collaboration with People Services, Payroll, Legal, and Policy teams.
Promote the HR Operating Model by directing employees and line managers to appropriate channels.
Collaborate with the Global People Team in the UK on payroll, people operations, and compensation & benefits.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ previous experience in People administration and Payroll
Knowledge of Workday or similar HR database is advantageous
You have an ability to work in a team and to relate to any level of the company
Languages: You must be fluent in both English and Italian
