The role
Running large-scale operations in a fast-growing and highly competitive environment is a complex and demanding challenge. You will develop and execute strategic plans at both national and hyperlocal levels, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Additionally, you will oversee the operational budget for your region, ensuring sustainable growth while meeting key performance and service indicators. This may include influencing rider behaviours through incentive design, app visibility, and regional pricing strategies.
Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with other members of the EU Operations team, as well as wider teams within Global Operations, our Technology stack and Product Development, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our riders, restaurants, and customers. This role will involve significant cross-functional collaboration, including working with Supply, Rider Pricing, Content, Engagement, and Network teams to develop regional and national initiatives.
