Our mission is to transform the way people shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to their doors by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops, and riders. We are a technology-driven company at the forefront of a rapidly expanding industry. We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.
The role
You will be the Senior Product Manager within the Consumer Loyalty team, helping solve problems such as: how might we acquire and retain Plus customers at Deliveroo? How might we improve the value proposition of the Deliveroo Plus programme to drive frequency? How might we work with external partners to grow and improve the programme?
Day to day, you’ll tackle new, interesting business problems, and find innovative, creative ways to solve them. We’re seeking a brilliant and motivated Product Manager to help us keep moving things forward.
What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Product Manager within the Consumer Loyalty team, you’ll deeply understand our Plus customers and lead a team to make meaningful improvements to the Plus experience
Collaborate closely with engineering, science, product marketing, and design
Leverage data to identify new opportunities to improve the Plus acquisition and retention strategy
Work with other product teams such as Grocery, Care, Restaurant, Rider, Financial Systems, and more
Requirements
You’ll be a customer-first, design led problem solver. Our brand and experience partners and research and insights partners are the key to our success in building propositions and experiences that customers will love. You’re someone who is endlessly curious about what our customers think and feel - you combine this with your love of data to drive decisions on the experience.
The tech stack and the Plus architecture is undergoing change, and the things we build need to scale quickly. You have a track record of building with operational excellence in mind, co-owning this with your EM.
You need to think like a GM. We are a central team but with a big impact on the local P&L and need to know the customer, competitive and business context in each market we serve. Balancing local vs central considerations as you build is critical to ensure we can serve all markets as efficiently as possible. You’ll have experience working with different international markets.
You balance 1) the marketing message and in-app experience with 2) the technical build with 3) the P&L - all decisions require multiple stakeholders as we operate at the core of the CBO org together with the markets. You are not a lone wolf. You’ll need a track record of leading a team to consensus on strategy and execution decisions. You ask the right questions, communicate clearly, and can translate complex concepts (whether they are financial or technical) between engineering and commercial stakeholde

Diversity
At Deliveroo, we believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest-growing businesses in a rapidly growing industry.
We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our hiring process. We recognise that some candidates may require adjustments to apply for a position or fairly participate in the interview process. If you require any adjustments, please don't hesitate to let us know.
