Our Strategic Account Management team owns and manages our restaurant relationships. As Deliveroo continues to scale, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing best-in-class support, we are restaurant consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to help our partner restaurants’ grow. What you'll be doing
Managing a portfolio of mid-sized type of accounts in the strategic account portfolio with a focus on building relationships and increasing profitability/revenue
Drive revenue growth for our organization and restaurants by being an expert in Deliveroo's solutions for businesses of all sizes and tailor recommendations to suit varying needs
Being operations-centric - Working with restaurants on a day-to-day basis to ensure they meet the required service level agreements, rolling out operational solutions to help restaurant partners better manage service levels and operations
Utilizing data-driven insights to analyze datasets and uncover trends to drive initiatives to increase revenue for your portfolio
Drive revenue growth through advertising solutions and marketing campaigns, optimizing performance-based platform data insights to ensure mutual growth
Working cross-functionally with other teams and departments to drive business growth from sales performance to in-store operations, to marketing and growth strategies, providing everyday support across all functions
What skills you'll need
Background: 1 year experience in an account management or commercial role
Proficient in data analytics and reporting tools to analyze and interpret data sets
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of driving initiatives from conception to implementation
Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch key solutions to external stakeholders
Cross-functional team Player - a collaborative team player who can get the best out of the people around you. Able to work effectively at all levels of Deliveroo and deliver success with and through others
Upbeat, Confident & High Energy - you bring freshness, energy, and passion into the team. Help create a unique working environment, spawns new ideas, and is enjoyable for the other people involved
