Location: Kuwait (Hybrid Model)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rider Operations department, managing a team dedicated to supporting our growing Rider Fleet. This team is essential to ensuring our riders have everything they need to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Communications: Create, design, and write outbound communications to riders using channels such as email, push notifications, and our internal website.
  • Intel Gathering and Reporting: Develop and manage rider intel gathering processes, including surveys and focus groups, to share insights on industry trends and rider pain points.
  • Rider Engagement: Plan and execute creative rider engagement events while managing the Rider Engagement budget for Kuwait.
  • Project Collaboration: Work with local and central teams to launch new projects.
  • Seasonal Campaigns: Focus on seasonal campaigns, including sourcing partnerships and managing perks campaigns.


  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in design, CRM tools, and HTML.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and partners from various backgrounds and nationalities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
  • A driven and confident personality, able to maintain composure in challenging situations.
  • Hands-on approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with an interest in learning data management.
