About the team

Deliveroo’s B2B Content & Marketing team is looking for a Senior Content Associate to help drive forward our B2B content and marketing strategy, ensuring we reach our target audience with the right message, at the right time and on the right channel across our entire partner journey. 

You will play a key role in helping to position Deliveroo as the partner of choice through our content and communications, increasing new partner acquisition while ensuring existing partners feel empowered to manage and grow their business with Deliveroo. 

In addition to shaping our partner communications, you will ensure our Commercial teams are enabled and empowered by providing them with engaging and relevant content that helps them to land key messages with prospects and partners.

You will report into the B2B Content Manager, and will sit within a team of seven. However, you will often work with stakeholders from across the business on cross-functional projects or campaigns.

About the role

  • Create a variety of content, including blogs, case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, videos and eBooks.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to execute communication campaigns across a variety of channels, including email, app notifications and other to-be-launched channels. 
  • Understand the needs and challenges of prospects, partners and Commercial teams, and use that knowledge to identify content and communication opportunities.
  • Come up with smart content and marketing campaigns that drive new partner acquisition by positioning Deliveroo as the partner of choice. 
  • Help partners to manage and grow their business with Deliveroo through engaging content that drives value to partners and the business, and ultimately increases retention.
  • Work closely with Commercial teams to produce content that enables them to effectively sell-in Deliveroo and its products, land key messages, and increase productivity and efficiency. 
  • Contribute to our trade press agenda in collaboration with our Corporate Communications team.
  • Collaborate with a variety of business stakeholders to deliver cross-functional projects or campaigns. 
  • Analyse performance to identify opportunities, improvements and efficiencies. 
  • Localise relevant content and communications to help serve our local markets.


  • B2B marketing experience that includes customer retention as well as acquisition. 
  • Solid copywriting and editing skills.
  • An understanding of what makes a good piece of content or marketing campaign.
  • A Commercial mindset, including the ability to identify compelling, commercially-led hooks that inspire action while ensuring content is simple to understand.
  • Project and stakeholder management, with the confidence to oversee projects at any one time that involve stakeholders from across functions or markets.
  • Strategic mindset, anticipate risks, navigate trade-offs and recommend solutions. 
  • Comfortable with data, and using it to identify opportunities and justify decisions.
  • A team player who’s happy to get stuck in.
