What you'll do:

  • As an Account Executive you will negotiate contracts and terms of partnership, identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, you will also partner with our restaurant and rider operations teams to improve operational efficiencies
  • Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to educate and assist clients with marketing strategies and new opportunities
  • Develop a trusted advisor and long-lasting relationship with restaurant partners, act as the lead point of contact to ensure a timely and successful response to our partners according to their needs and objectives 
  • Regular communication with restaurant partners to facilitate revenue and growth potential through operation observation, marketing support, data analysis and industry knowledge
  • Improve and present new ideas to increase Deliveroo growth and efficiencies
  • To liaise with internal departments, collect and consolidate users’ requirements and coordinate with the service provider to fulfil company’s needs
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback

What you'll need:

  • You will have strong relationship building and communication skills
  • You will have a commercial mindset and be comfortable working with data
  • You will have experience achieving targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese
