【工作職責】
- 協助餐廳伙伴於中央廚房的日常運作
- 監督餐廳伙伴在生產食物的環節, 包括貯存、烹煮,包裝以及運送
- 懂得食物安全衛生知識,亦要具備認真的工作態度、高度的危機意識和責任感 - 良好的溝通及協調技巧,同事間共同嚴格遵守有關食物安全衛生標準
- 保持服務標準及其個人和食品衛生與外觀標準
【要求】
- 必需操流利的廣東話和一般英語 - 需輪班輪休工作
- 工作主動積極,具敬業和團隊精神 - 良好溝通和解決問題的能力,有上進心,注重細節 【福利】
